Thanks to who ever did up this blog. I am Steve Davies, the 2nd last owner of this storied boat. Unfortunately she met an untimely demise. Also, thanks for including information about my late father, Hal Davies. The page is very accurate. One minor correction, the Wurts family renamed the boat "The Third Wave". We retained the name as it was such a good one. I actually built a fairly successful business and "borrowed" the name for my business!

Steve Davies here, second last owner of the Wave. I wanted to say thanks to the person who put this together. And also the information on my late father Hal. The information is very accurate with one exception, it was the Wurts family that named the boat "The Third Wave". We kept the name as it was a good one! I even built a successful technology consulting business and needing a name and "borrowed" it as it was a good match for business I was in.
ReplyDeleteThx,
Steve
