C&C 37+ L'Ami from VIVEIRO, LUGO, SPAIN
Another C&C 37+, Hull number 44, has been added to the list on this site. She is named L'Ami and her Home Port is now VIVEIRO, LUGO, SPAIN.
L'Ami belongs to Fernando Álvarez Melero who is possibly her third owner. The previous owner (Vicente Pineda Costa of the Real Club Nautico Denia of Alicante Province, Spain) bought the boat in 2001 from a Dutchman who sailed her from Canada to the Mediterranean Sea. She has participated in regattas and sailed throughout the Mediterranean and now returns to the Atlantic Ocean in northwest Spain. Fernando does not know her name when launched but knows she was previously named L'Amic.

SORCERY was cruised by the Lane Family from 1989 to 1999. She sailed from San Diego CA. USA to Mexico before crossing the Pacific and eventually the Indian Ocean. She returned to the USA at Cape Fear N.C. USA in 1999. She is an integral part of the book "FROM WHERE WE SAIL" written by Dianne Lane.
